Implementation phases follow each other. It is obvious that in each of these stages there are sub-stages related to the implementation of individual tasks.
Mapping is the stage in which business processes are mapped in an IT system. Description of these processes and their parameters is subject to customization in the pilot system. Provided that the expectations regarding the pilot system are met, data migration and system optimization take place.
